Meet Kath, friend of AMT and Personal Trainer extraordinaire. She’s here to offer her expertise and answer questions you might have about your fitness goals.

Kath’s been a personal trainer for 4 years and has a special interest in helping mothers to stay active pre and postnatal. She truly believes that exercise should never be a chore and tries to create workouts that are targeted and fun.

When she’s not running her personal training and bootcamp business, Kath enjoys agility training with her border collie pup, playing board games with friends and relaxing with a champagne.

Kath’s  motto is based around her psychology studies and understanding the power of your mind – “What the mind believes, the body achieves” and her quote to live by is “Be kind to your body and look after it, it’s the only place you have to live”.
